Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre said Dubin had sex with her while his wife was sleeping nearby.
A 2016 deposition in a Florida case involving attorney Alan Dershowitz was unsealed Tuesday, including questioning of Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre.
In the 2016 deposition, Dershowitz's attorney asked Giuffre whether Dubin was "the powerful business executive whose pregnant wife was asleep in the next room," to which Giuffre responded "Yes."
